EVERY PLAYER STAYS INVOLVED.
A maximum of six means more repetitions, more individual feedback and fewer long queues. It is still big enough to create real football pictures: passing angles, pressure, support, space and decisions.
More touches. Better decisions. More confidence to ask for the ball again. Eight weeks of purposeful football development in a group small enough for every girl to matter.
Less standing. More time actually playing.
Scan earlier and recognise simple options.
Build comfort instead of avoiding one side.
Mistakes become part of learning, not something to fear.
Confidence that starts to show on matchday.
At 8–11, players are building their relationship with the ball and with the game itself. RPD does not try to turn young girls into miniature adult players. The aim is to give them a stronger base: comfort on the ball, coordination, awareness, movement, simple decisions and the confidence to keep trying when something does not work first time.

The goal is not to make an 8-year-old play like an adult. It is to help her understand simple football actions, get enough quality repetitions to trust them and become brave enough to use them in a game. Clear coaching. Real decisions. Plenty of football.
Eight 60-minute small-group sessions. Once her group is confirmed, the aim is consistency: familiar environment, clear development themes and enough time to build rather than chase a different drill every week.
Groups are capped at six. Additional groups can be added on these days where demand requires. Coach Bradley will confirm the player's group and eight-week schedule after purchase.
